We’ll walk you through every step, from material selection to project completion. Key decisions typically include:

Material Type:

Most customers choose pre-painted steel such as Colorsteel or ColorCote.

Steel Profile:

Options such as Corrugate, Rib, or Euro Tray profiles. See Products and Partners

Roof Underlay & Fixings:

Your new roof will sit on new, breathable, roofing underlay designed to manage condensation, water vapour transfer, and water ingress.
All modern roofs are screw-fixed for superior strength and durability. We use roofing screws with bonded washers to ensure a watertight seal. Screw caps can be colour-matched for a clean, seamless finish.
This method not only enhances performance but also improves the overall aesthetic of your new roof.

Quoting and Contracts

Once you’re ready, we’ll provide a clear, detailed quote outlining the full scope of work and any exclusions. If your project exceeds $30,000, we’ll supply a Roofing Contract for Residential Buildings in accordance with the Building Act. For smaller projects, we’re happy to provide this contract upon request.

We’ll also discuss:

• Placement of edge protection
• Delivery logistics
• Estimated project duration
• How we manage weather delays
• Site clean-up—we remove your old roof and leave your property clean and tidy.

Warranties – confirmed before we start

We ensure all warranties are clearly detailed and agreed before work begins:

 Material & Paint Warranties: Provided by Colorsteel or ColorCote, based on your roof’s location, pitch, and profile. We confirm these details early in the process

• Labour Warranty: Our workmanship is backed by a 5-year warranty
• Compliance: If required, our work can be signed off by our Licensed Building Practitioners (LBPs).
