Quick re-roofing with minimal disruption to tenants

If you haven’t re-roofed a property before, you might be pleasantly surprised at how quickly it can be completed, often with minimal disturbance to your tenants. To minimize disturbance, we can remove a part of the old roof at a time – installing new netting, roofing paper, and new steel in that section – before moving on to the next.
